We recommend staying at one of the hotels listed on our travel page. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding, which will pick up and drop off at our selected hotel locations.

Yes, our venue is located at Hazy Mountain Vineyards (240 Hazy Mountain Ln., Afton VA 22920). We anticipate that the welcome drinks and after party will be hosted in Charlottesville closer to the hotel blocks.

For the wedding day, we recommend taking the bus transportation provided to and from the hotels. There are always plenty of Ubers/Lyfts available too. If you prefer to drive, the venue has free parking.

Both our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:00 pm.

The dress code is black tie optional. We kindly request that men wear tuxes or dark suits with ties, while ladies wear colorful (non-white), long gowns.

We are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

To allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our big day adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Of course! Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available.

We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer, and we would love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. Thanks for understanding!
